Delta did a fine job of getting us around. If they don’t love to fly, it didn’t show 😉
For Dena and I, it was our first Christmas together in six years. Our holiday consisted of plenty of gift-giving, meat, baseless and trite anti-Canadian jokes, highway driving, computer maintenance, card playing, snow and holiday cheer. It was a nice break from the daily grind and a good time was had, but at the same time it’s good to be back in Kitchener again. The bottle of Keith’s I had last night when we got home tasted extra sweet. I would’ve liked to forgo the bottle entirely and opt for a pint of Keith’s or Moosehead fresh from the tap at nearby Bogey’s or even the Firkin in Cambridge, but Dena wasn’t feeling up to par. Our New Year’s Eve’s are usually uneventful and this year was no different. It’s becoming tradition that she get sick in her final days of a visit to Crystal Falls. Stay tuned for pictures from our time in Crystal Falls. Happy 2004!
PS: I’ll never take high-speed Internet connections for granted again 😉
