waiting on the long piece

December 16, 2004 under Computers, Programming, Software

I’ve joined a new open-source project over at SourceForge. We’re called Tetris# (pronounced ‘Tetris Sharp’) and we’re a varied group of developers indeed. I represent Canada and there’s people from the US, Turkey, China and Uzbekistan on our team. The project will be a Tetris clone that features network play and enhanced graphics. We’ll be developing it with C# and Managed DirectX. I have a feeling that this project will move at a much brisker pace than the other project that I’m part of, JustCheckers.

BTW, will anyone have an extra copy of the New York Times today? I’d love to have a copy of this. You can read about the ad’s genesis here.
